Team ACE
Our Assertive Community Engagement (ACE) Program serves participants experiencing significant barriers to recovery and low social determinants of health across the Upstate. From hospitals, to jails, to homelessness our ACE Team works tirelessly to engage people in recovery support regardless of the obstacles.
Meet the SBIRT Team
Team SBIRT
Specially trained Recovery Specialists make up our Screening, Brief Intervention and Referral to Treatment (SBIRT) program. SBIRT Recovery Specialists provide intense bedside engagement to those experiencing substance use disorder and can refer individuals to direct support services as needed.
