Topic: Behavior Modification as an Approach to Recovery
To address the symptoms of criminal and addictive behavior, we must change our thinking. Our thinking affects our emotions and feelings, which it turn generates attitudes that dictate our behavior. Behavioral modification attempts to address criminal and addictive thinking errors, distortions, patterns, and tactics that exacerbate one’s addiction. Change thinking; change behavior.
